Project Overview:
MedCare Equipment Company, LLC specializes in providing high-quality medical equipment and supplies to healthcare professionals and institutions. Their mission is to enhance patient care with reliable products and exceptional service. Since 2019, I’ve had the pleasure of working with MedCare to support their brand identity through a variety of graphic design projects. These include web banner ads, logo vectorization, brochures, flyers, business cards, and decals. Each piece was crafted to ensure MedCare’s brand remains consistent and professional, communicating their values of trust, quality, and customer care.
Problem Identified:
MedCare required a cohesive set of branded materials to support their marketing efforts across different platforms and media. From digital ads for new products and services, to print materials like brochures and flyers, the challenge was creating designs that adhered to their established branding while also being adaptable for a range of uses. The need to update and standardize their logo for better scalability also presented a unique opportunity to improve their visual assets. Additionally, the client sought to provide easy access to educational materials for customers, both online and through physical materials.
Solution:
Since 2019, I’ve collaborated closely with MedCare on various design projects, including vectorizing their logo for scalability across different media, designing web banner ads to promote new products like continuous glucose monitors and the patient ordering portal, creating brochures and flyers such as a travel oxygen program brochure and a “Now Hiring” flyer that adhered to their branding, and developing business cards with a QR code linking to an online learning portal, alongside matching decals for easy access to educational materials directly on MedCare’s machines.

Design Process, Role, and Approach:
Concept Development:
I started by collaborating with MedCare to understand their specific needs for each project. For each piece, I ensured the design would align with their existing brand guidelines and messaging. I worked closely with the MedCare team to ensure that their vision for the materials was realized, offering layout options for approval and revisions as needed.
Logo Vectorization:
MedCare’s original logo was in a raster format, which lacked scalability for different applications. I vectorized the logo, ensuring it could be resized without losing quality, making it suitable for everything from digital ads to large-scale print materials.


Web Banner Ads:
For the web banner ads promoting the continuous glucose monitors and the patient ordering portal, I focused on creating clean, visually engaging designs. I used MedCare’s calming blue color theme and straightforward messaging to ensure the ads were informative and easy to understand, while also being aligned with their brand identity.
Brochures & Flyers:
The Travel Oxygen Program brochure was designed with a focus on clarity, using MedCare’s brand colors and providing key product information in a well-organized format. The Now Hiring flyer mimicked a sample the client provided, ensuring the design was in line with their preferences while also staying consistent with their overall branding.
Business Cards & Decals:
For the business card, I designed a setup guide that featured a QR code linking to an online learning portal for MedCare’s machines. In response to the client’s feedback, I created matching decals to be placed on the machines themselves, so customers could easily access the learning information without the need for the physical card. This solution ensured the educational content was always within reach.

Conclusion:
My ongoing collaboration with MedCare Equipment Company, LLC since 2019 has resulted in a series of impactful design projects that have helped enhance their brand presence. From logo updates to digital and print materials, I’ve contributed to ensuring MedCare’s branding remains consistent, professional, and engaging across various platforms.
